General Forum Rules
This regulation is valid for all participants of the Forum both as Users and is binding for everyone.
The rules are based on the current and applicable legislation that regulates the freedom of the Press and Information both in the Italian Territory and Internationally.
Each participant has the obligation to observe these rules in good faith.
This regulation is to be understood as part of the Disclaimer of both the Forum, and of the Administrators and Moderators of the same.
Anyone who does not agree with the Regulation or Disclaimer or part of it, is required to leave the Forum immediately.
1. Freedom of Opinion
1.1
Freedom of opinion is essentially in force in the forum.
The discussions discussed in the forum will not be modified and/or deleted if they are in compliance with the current Regulations.
1.2
Discussions of pornographic and/or violent and/or defamatory content, which do not comply with the laws in force of the Italian Republic or do not comply with ethical and moral principles, will be modified and/or deleted without prior notice.
The Team reserves the right, in this case, to remove the author of this discussion from the forum.
1.3
The Team in charge of controlling the section has the power to modify and/or delete discussions if they are deemed unsuitable for the forum itself and do not comply with the Regulations.
Judging the suitability or otherwise of discussions is the responsibility of the moderators or Admin of the forum itself.
There is no absolute right to publish a discussion.
1.4
Texts copied and reported from sources outside the Forum must possibly bear the address of origin of the source itself.
2. Behavior in the Board
2.1
Each participant in the Forum has, with registration, the obligation to address the other participants, bringing them the utmost respect. This also involves compliance with the laws in force on Italian territory, also absolutely avoiding defamation, offenses and various lack of Education. Failure to comply will lead to immediate exclusion from the forum.
2.2
Defamation, accusations, and offenses of any kind are absolutely prohibited, even if caused by provocation from others. In this case, you have the duty to communicate the event to the respective Moderators, to the Admin, via a specific PM or Email.
2.3
In case of disagreements during a discussion on the Forum, these must be resolved outside the forum itself. The Moderator will decide whether it is a discussion or a disagreement.
4. In any case, everything must be resolved outside the forum via Messenger PM, Email or other.
2.4
Before opening a discussion, it is useful to use the "SEARCH" function to avoid double discussions
2.5
Incorrect behavior by a User of the forum must be promptly communicated via PM to the Forum managers.
3. User Profile
3.1
Each user has the right to publish his private information within his profile respecting the default boxes of the profile.
3.2
The use of a signature already used by another user can be prohibited by the Forum managers.
3.3
Each user can use a personal image (Avatar) that represents him. Everything must be compliant, in compliance with the Forum regulations and must not already be in use by another User. Each Avatar must be unique and can be prohibited/deleted and/or modified by the Forum managers if deemed appropriate.
4. Signature
4.1
The configuration of a personalized signature is allowed.
4.2
Advertising and/or links to external sites to the forum of any nature are expressly prohibited and will be deleted by the Moderators. Excluded from this constraint are the Moderators and the owners of the Forum itself.
4.3
We reserve the right to modify the information contained in the User Profile at any time if deemed appropriate and the user will be informed.
5. Links
5.1 Links:
Whoever publishes Links (connections to external Web pages to the forum) must ensure that they respect the rules of the forum, also regarding for example content, pornography, violence or any other illegal content. In this case the Link will be deleted, the User will be officially warned and warned and in extreme cases, reported. In this case we invite you to consult the Forum Disclaimer, which represents the unlimited terms of use of this service.
5.2 Direct Links:
It is absolutely forbidden to publish Links in a way that is openly readable/visible to all. The AREADELTASAT FORUM Team has the duty to immediately delete and/or modify these Links with an official warning to the user. Also in this case the Regulation expressed in the Disclaimer applies. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate exclusion from the Forum. Each forum user assumes full and absolute legal responsibility for the content and discussions published by him. This also applies to any failure to comply with copyright of any kind.
6. Private Messages (PM) and Email
6.1
The function of contacting each other via PM is enabled and can be used by everyone to facilitate communication. It is absolutely forbidden to publish even partial content taken from PM or emails of other Users without their express consent. Enabling Email in the profile is optional.
6.2
The email addresses made available by us cannot be used, stored or otherwise, without express authorization.
6.3
Point 6.1 is not valid for Team members.
6.4
For discussions and/or reports by the Team, PM or Email texts can be used even without express authorization.
7. Measures and Sanctions
7.1
In the event of violation of the rules, we reserve the right to exercise the following measures:
o Modify, move and/or delete partial and entire publications if deemed appropriate.
o Contact the user in question, calling him to order and asking him to follow the Regulations.
o Reduce the number of messages with consequent positioning for the purpose of general statistics.
o Change of the User's avatar or Nickname.
o Limitation of access.
o Exclusion from the Board.
o Normally these sanctions must be motivated. In the case of a majority vote of the Team, a reason can be waived
8. Other rules and regulations
8.1
Moderators and Administrators risk losing their position if they use their status for purely personal purposes and not related to the forum. This also applies to non-compliance with the rules. The decision is always and only up to the owner of the site.
8.2
The use of the Nickname for advertising purposes is not allowed and permitted. In this case, it will be deleted and/or modified.
8.3
Each Board user agrees and accepts the Regulations and Disclaimers published and always readable in the Forum itself and recognizes their validity.
8.4
The service offered on this site (Board) is considered voluntary and exempt from any legal right to maintain and continue it.
The owners/managers of the Forum always have the right to change the forum, and/or its rules or to limit or interrupt the services offered.
Notice:
Deliberate failure to comply with the above will result in immediate ban or deletion from the forum,
at the discretion of the moderators and/or administrators of the forum.
It will be the exclusive and unquestionable duty of the moderators to establish when these limits
are exceeded and to intervene accordingly.
Useful advice:
1) before opening a new discussion, check that there is not an identical one already open. In this way,
you will avoid filling the forum with repetitive and (consequently) boring discussions.
2) When opening a discussion, use a title that can summarize in the best possible way
the topic of the discussion. This allows those who are interested to intervene and those who are not interested to not
open the page unnecessarily. For example, threads titled "PLEASE HELP ME!!!"
or “READ!!!!” will be the last to be taken into consideration.
3) Avoid making multiple posts in series on the same discussion, trying instead to concentrate
each intervention in a single post. This will make reading the discussion easier.
The presence of these rules of conduct is intended to encourage users to have a serious,
civil discussion that respects the opinions of others; during discussions it is possible to reach situations of
contrast and conflict: every user of the Community is reminded to pay maximum attention, as even animated
discussions and conflicts of opinions are allowed, but not personal insults, much
less any attempt to denigrate the opinions of others if they differ from one’s own. Such behaviors
will not be tolerated in any way by the administrator, offensive discussions will be
closed or deleted and, if necessary, users responsible for incorrect behavior will be
removed from the forum.
It is also not allowed:
1) Repeat the same thread (discussion) or post (message) on multiple forums:
2) send advertising messages, events, demonstrations, announcements etc. that have not been explicitly requested and
clearly not relevant to the topics of the discussion, the forum is not a bulletin board.
3) open discussions that then degenerate into positions against the site and against those who administer it and
AAREADELTASAT that could therefore put the Forum in a bad light to visitors,
damaging its public image..
Warning:
These violations will result in the immediate closure and/or removal of the discussions; in
the presence of serious behavior, the violation of these rules may lead to the ban of the responsible user
and in some particularly serious cases, he/she will be removed from the forum.
Closing threads:
Any thread where the topics or tone are not suitable for the forum line (see above) will be closed.
If during the discussion the thread degenerates (even with a single message) the moderator is given full
power to intervene as he deems appropriate, even with the closure of the thread
or in the most serious cases, with an immediate ban.
For less serious violations, at the moderator's sole discretion, it will be possible to proceed
with the editing of the offending message, relatively and exclusively for the elimination
of single words or links that violate the Forum Rules.
It is expressly forbidden to open new threads where the topic is the dispute of
closing of threads. For any disputes of this type, contact via PM "The Administrators".
Personal disputes between users:
It is not permitted to make private conversations public. It is not allowed to use the
forum space for personal disputes of any kind between users, therefore threads
directed at a single user are not allowed (for example with the title "to Mario"). If this were to
occur, the discussion will be immediately deleted or closed.
In the event of a repeat offense by the same user and if the
moderators' warnings do not have any effect, the person responsible will be banned or deleted from the forum.
User bans:
Each user is responsible for the content of their posts (messages), by deciding to make them
public and sending them to the forum they will no longer be able to consider their writings "private", but they can
ask the moderator to modify or delete them.
If banned, they will not be able to request the deletion of all their messages, this would make it
impossible to read the discussions in which they intervened or would cause the deletion of
entire discussions, harming the other participants.
