General Forum Rules This regulation is valid for all participants of the Forum both as Users and is binding for everyone. The rules are based on the current and applicable legislation that regulates the freedom of the Press and Information both in the Italian Territory and Internationally. Freedom of Opinion 1.1 Freedom of opinion is essentially in force in the forum.
